Organize:Pro Task Manager & To-Do List for iPhone App Reviews

This is an excellent app for anyone who wants to get organized in the Getting things Done style. It is easy to review your projects. It is very easy to use, yet extremely deep in its abilities. One example; you can have review dates and end dates on projects. Also, the ability to quickly add tasks once you open the app really makes for excellent capture. One problem. I would like my tasks that are dated to come into my inbox automagically. I dont know if I have a setting wrong, but that would make this thing a 5 star.

The program is better than expected. I expected to purchase the full operation version for iPad with the expectation of using on my laptop (windows) computer, however I had to purchase a separate (windows) version key to use.

Very similar to omnifocus method except there are no location reminders. Please add !

This app is wonderful ! It helps me stay organized, and prioritize the things that are more important. This is my favorite organizer app, highly recommend!

This is one of the best organizers that I have seen. The only features to add are the ability to time tasks, and the ability to file a planned schedule versus an actual schedule, and visualize the variance in many pre-formatted ways, and in some custom ways -for advanced users.

Please please get the select photo from photo gallery option working.

Indispensable tool for tracking, monitoring, and overall project management. Very handy and useful in a meeting environment with the ability to pull contexts and drill down into projects. Highly recommend.

This has helped me with staying on task with my many projects! You have the ability to label the project as high or low priority as well as categorize the tasks within a project. Highly recommend this one.

Great app. Multiple ways to keep track. This app is starting out good and will only get better. Im sure it will be tweaked soon!

The app works great as it is supposed to. The reminders never fail. Organize contains many features comparable to $20-$30 apps. The calendar and map integration could be better but overall excellent product.

Ive tried at least half a dozen "Get organized" apps. Hands down, this is the best. It lets you enter tasks as you think of them, and organize them later. Its the best app I have found for keeping everything related to one project in one spot, including meeting notes, photos, voice recordings or documents. Its also the best for letting me see, with equal ease, all tasks across all projects, or everything associated with one project. So far, syncing between iPhone and iPad works perfectly.

Application is all inclusive for projects and contexts although the desktop app is kind of expensive but I got the iPhone version free and the cloud too Good.

If your looking to go lean this is a great app to help you get there.

This app wood have 4 stars if sync was automatic and via iCloud,but still useable across devices. I use an iPad and iPhone. 5 stars if I could attach docs from email so all my project info was in one location. Please! This is a big one, I cant find one app that does it all. I need to ditch my laptop!

Love this app I find it an impressive tool! It works great for a mom on the go like me! I make to do lists for cleaning, parties, fundraisers and even shopping lists! Love this app my favorite one on my phone!

Once you get the hang of it, it does wonders. Excellent product.
